James P. Keane has been in practice since 1973.  He is a graduate of De Paul University
College of Law, Chicago, Illinois and Loyola University, Chicago,Illinois.  He served in
the U.S. Navy from 1964-1969. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state and 
federal courts, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts
of Connecticut and Rhode Island. He is a founding partner of Keane, Klein & Duffey.

Alice J. Klein has been in practice since 1979. She is a graduate of Suffolk University
School of  Law, Boston, Massachusetts and George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
She served as a Law Clerk to the Superior Court Judges in Connecticut. She is admitted 
to practice in the Massachusetts state and federal courts and the United States Supreme
Court. She is a founding partner of Keane, Klein & Duffey.

                    
THOMAS W. DUFFEY, ESQ.	(partner)
Thomas W. Duffey has been in practice since 1985. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve
University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio and Rutgers College, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state and federal courts, the Ohio state 
and federal courts, the New Jersey state and federal courts, and the United States Supreme Court. 
 He is a licensed arbitrator with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and 
 the New York Stock Exchange.
